Review & Description
For demanding leak integrity applications, the CO Series check valve is 100 percent factory tested using helium mass spectrometry techniques for internal and external leakage. The O-ring poppet design provides a repeatable high integrity seal and controlled cracking pressures. The seals of this valve are manufactured to more rigorous standards than most elastomers. Available seal materials include Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, Ethylene Propylene, and Highly Fluorinated Fluorocarbon. The CO Series check valve is available in stainless steel in three sizes with port sizes from 1/4 inch up to 1/2 inch. Flow capacities (Cv) range from 0.59 to 2.65. A choice of eight valve crack pressure springs from 1/3 psig (2.3 kPa) to 100 psig (689 kPa) are available.
