This biological microscope comes with an LED illumination system that can be powered by either three AA batteries or wall power supply. It is specially designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is portable and can be taken out to field sites. It comes with a 45 degree inclined monocular head with locked-in eyepiece, a 110V-4.5V plug transformer, full optical glass elements, and solid metal body. It offers five levels of magnification, 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X and 1000X. It is an excellent instrument for elementary and middle school students to learn science. It is an ideal home school or family microscope. This microscope come brand new in its original box. Its retail value is more than $450.
