I m sure you re familar with those handy shake-it-and-go flashlights that are being sold everywhere. Well, this is another one of them -- but it s the brightest we ve ever seen. It uses 3 LEDs and and optical lens system to produce a truly brilliant light that lasts over 15 minutes for each 30 second shake. We also like the fact that it s made from anodized aluminum instead of plastic. It s water and shock resistant, and carries a lifetime warranty. Overall size is 8-1/2 long x 1-1/2 dia (about the same as a 2-cell Maglite). Caution to pilots: As with all batteryless flashlights, this flashlight uses a very powerful magnet to generate its energy. Keep it well away from you magnetic compass!
